Refund Policy

   At Chicks N Whips, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established a strict no-refund policy, except in cases where the product is defective, or damaged/lost during the shipping process. Please review the following policy details:

 

   If you receive a product that is defective or has a manufacturing error, we will gladly replace it. To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the defective item. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the defect, along with a detailed description, to initiate the replacement process. We will review the evidence and, if approved, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

 

   If the product is received with incorrect colors, misprints, or other significant deviations from our original design, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item, providing clear photographic evidence and a detailed description of the quality issue. We will review the evidence and, if deemed valid, offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

 

   In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged or lost during the shipping process, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer support team immediately. If the damage is discovered after accepting the delivery, please notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

 

Exceptions:

   We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way. We are not responsible for any errors in information that have taken place during the ordering process by the customer. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

 

   Please note that all decisions regarding replacements or refunds are at the sole discretion of Chicks N Whips. We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence to support your claim.
